If in the event we do have to order in your replacement screen our suppliers usually deliver next day, so since your Laptop has been waiting for a part to arrive, we prioritise it and as soon as the screen arrives we fit it ASAP and call you to come and collect your Laptop with a replacement screen fitted.

All our Laptop Screens come with a years warranty, if the replacement screen becomes faulty return your laptop with your receipt to us, and we will replace your Laptop Screen under warranty free of charge, providing it's not faulty due to user misuse, dropped or broken.

If you don't live in or around Hartlepool and cant pop it in to our Computer Shop, then you can post your Laptop to us (preferably recorded and well packaged), we will then call you when we have received your Laptop, and update you when we have fitted your replacement screen, when the screen is fitted and we are happy with the repair, we will contact you again to collect your delivery address and arrange for our courier to pickup your laptop and deliver your Laptop back to you.
